On Friday, September 7, 2012, all academy families are invited to the Blessing and Ribbon Cutting of St. Gregory the Great Academy!
The ceremony will begin with the Liturgy of the Word in Church at 9:30, with His Excellency, Bishop David M. O'Connell, C.M., presiding. Out of respect for Bishop O’Connell, students in Grades 6-8 should be in dress uniform (button shirts instead of knit shirts) and wear their SGGA blazers. Students whose blazers have not come in yet may have their parents send a note to their homeroom teacher. Students in Grades 1-5 should be in regular school uniform (no gym uniforms). Kindergarten students should wear their gym uniforms as usual.
Parents who are joining us for the event are invited to Ferrante Hall between 7:30 and 8:30 for some light refreshments prior to moving over to Church.
